Our Hales Heroes, care workers and staff, have not stopped doing what they have always done – caring and supporting our vulnerable service users in their own homes and helping them combat loneliness especially during these unprecedented times. It is great to see people acknowledging the vital work that every social care worker is doing in the fight against COVID-19.
